B E E F

Our Gelbvieh influenced cattle are born and raised on this farm without the use of hormones or antibiotics. They graze the pastures in summer, are fed hay throughout the winter, and are finished with some grain.

P O U L T R Y

Our poultry are purchased as day-olds from the local feed store. Once they feather-out at about 3 weeks, they head to pasture. Chickens are in a chicken tractor and are moved to fresh grass twice a day. Turkeys have a large coop with a net fenced area and are moved once a week to fresh ground. No hormones or antibiotics are used.

P R O D U C E

We grow a variety of vegetables focusing on the basics. We believe in not spraying any herbicides or insecticides on our produce. A portion of our produce is grown in no-till beds.

P O R K

We source our heritage mixed-breed piglets from a local farmer 3 fields over. These piglets enjoy being out on pasture and rooting through whatever they can find to eat along with daily hog feed.
